Broker's Comments

This 57ft narrowboat has been professionally fitted out and comes with a 'pied-a-terre' mooring in west London.

The boat offers ample accommodation, with a high level of comfort, in a very tranquil marina, with a good community.

The vessel benefits from a large well deck, providing very useable outside space, with great views across the water.

The boat was last out of the water in December 2022 when she was surveyed for the current owners. The BSS is valid until June 2026.

As a guide, the current mooring fees are £580/m, but prospective buyers should make their own enquiries with the mooring management before purchase.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
