Broker's Comments
Boatshed London is delighted to bring this very nice 1930's dutch barge to the market. Having been bought in the Netherlands in 2019, the boat now provides a comfortable living space in a great location. The fully residential mooring is just minutes from Hampton Wick station and a short walk to all the facilities Kingston upon Thames has to offer.
Arranged with a large double sleeping area in the stern, a bright wheelhouse, and a step down into the main accommodation, the boat has a great cozy atmosphere.
Fitted with a small shower and cartridge toilet, but there are facilities ashore that can be used by residents.
Last out of the water in May 2019. BBS expires in July 2023.
As a guide, mooring fees are currently circa £700/month, but potential buyers should make their own inquiries with the mooring management.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
