Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 22m Dutch Barge for sale with London mooring in Limehouse Basin, E14.
Built in 1936, this two cabined barge is sold on a transferable leisure mooring at this popular marina in E London and would make an excellent liveaboard for a couple or family.
The open plan living are and galley is the heart of the barge and has an aga which runs the central heating and makes sure the boat is incredibly warm and cosy during the winter. The boat has recently been refurbished internally by the current owners and is ready to move straight into.
The leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are roughly £11,500 per annum (April 2020 price).
These boat details are subject to contract.
