Broker's Comments

The late owner of this C-Kip Sea Ranger 39 purchased the boat in 2008 and kept meticulous service maintenance records until his recent passing.

It has been a liveaboard for over a decade and was last lifted for antifouling and anodes in 2023.

It features a spectacular wheelhouse saloon and galley with spacious aft stateroom and a V berth forecabin. The interior woodwork is excellent. Three extra berths could be accommodated in the saloon.

There is an en suite heads with shower and bath aft, and a second heads forward.

The twin Lehman engines started instantly and ran smoothly.

Outside the teak decking is weathered especially on the fore deck and one storage cupboard has been badly damaged by previous leaking.

C-Kips are renowned for spacious, safe and comfortable long distance passages but this is not a speed machine, cruising at 7 to 8 knots and with its full displacement hull shape it could reach 12 or 13 knots.

It would make very comfortable accommodation for a couple or a small family once a few issues have been addressed. These are reflected in the price advertised.
