Broker's Comments

This pretty Falmouth 23 ex-working launch epitomises what can happen when a well-built timber boat is in the hands of a shipwright, in a shed! The result is just beautiful!

She's also extremely sea kindly, ideal for coastal and estuary or river cruising and now made practical as a pleasure boat with lots of storage, modern electrical systems, cabin heating and a hidden head! The perfect picnic boat!

Her refit between 2022-24 was overseen by a surveyor, fully documented and photographed and she is in commission and cruising the Solent with a new engine, new electronics and turning heads wherever she goes.
