Hull:
The hull was originally constructed with 4mm steel plates. The last hull painting was done 6 years ago, and the entire hull was epoxy-coated. The bottom part of the boat was epoxy-coated 2 years ago.
Tanks:
In addition to the two diesel tanks (530L in total), there is an approximately 300L fuel tank that supplies fuel to the boat's fuel boiler, which serves the radiators in the salon and the cabin. The current fuel boiler is not functioning. Currently, our owner uses an external oil stove and an auxiliary heater to heat the boat.
The two water tanks (600L in total) are made of stainless steel.

You access the boat via a swim ladder that leads to the covered rear terrace with a removable Bimini. On this terrace, six people can comfortably sit around a table. Just after, you find the boat's helm, which was renovated two years ago. The headroom under the Bimini is 1.72 meters, but it can be increased by adjusting it.
A descent of six steps then leads you to the salon, with a headroom of 1.87 meters. The salon and the dinette kitchen are very bright thanks to their many anti-condensation windows with aluminum frames. The central heating system with an oil boiler is installed, but the current oil boiler is not functioning. Currently, our owner uses an external oil stove and a space heater to heat the boat.
Continuing towards the bow, you reach the boat's dinette kitchen, where the headroom is 1.90 meters. The dinette kitchen on the port side is equipped with a sink and three gas burners. The dinette can comfortably seat four people and converts into a double bed. After the dinette, heading towards the bow, you'll find a large storage space hidden behind a curtain. To starboard, a large workspace, drawers, and a trimix refrigerator (220v/24v/gas) complete this very practical area.
Returning towards the salon and heading towards the stern, two steps lead you to the bathroom toilet on the port side, and then to the aft cabin. The bathroom is equipped with a Jasco manual toilet, a sink, and a shower. The boat's hot water is provided by a 30-liter water heater powered by the engine, batteries, or 220V. The headroom in the shower is 1.55 meters.
Finally, you arrive in the aft cabin where the headroom is 1.48 meters. The double bed in this cabin measures 140X190. You can walk on either side of the bed. A deck hatch in the ceiling that opens to the rear terrace allows for ventilation in the cabin, which is practical in the summer.

The air draft is 3.35 meters with the Bimini, but it can be reduced to 2.35 meters by removing the Bimini and the cockpit windows, allowing you to pass under any bridge.
The boat is equipped with a Vetus bow thruster and a clever wireless remote control that allows you to operate it from anywhere.
The dashboard was redone two years ago. It features a handy steering angle indicator, a battery voltage control device, and two outlets for charging phones and other devices. Additionally, it has a GPS.
Furthermore, it has a mini-jack socket connected to the cockpit speakers, allowing you to listen to music while underway or at the dock.

Broker's Comments
Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 38-foot Dutch motor cruiser. 38-foot Dutch motor cruiser, 11.70 meters long, for sale.
Here we have a Dutch motor cruiser that appears to be well-maintained by its owner. I was pleasantly surprised by the headroom in the two main areas. With 1.85 meters of height, I can stand upright without bending in both the living room and the dinette kitchen. The absence of an interior helm frees up space for the living room. What's better than piloting from the outside at the back of the boat with a clear view?
It offers four berths thanks to the cabin and the convertible dinette. The windows appear to be recent and in good condition. You will also appreciate the pleasant covered terrace thanks to a Bimini. A living room, a dinette, a nice shower, and finally, a well-equipped and equipped kitchenette. Despite its length of less than 12 meters, it has more than one ace up its sleeve, and its price is very affordable for its features!
